What if I entered a wrong shipping address?

If you’ve realized you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer support immediately.

Here’s what we can do, depending on the stage of your order:

  1. Order Not Yet Processed:
    • We can update the shipping address and ensure your order is sent to the correct location.
  2. Order Processed but Not Yet Shipped:
    • We’ll try our best to update the shipping address. However, please note that this may not always be possible, especially if the order is already in transit.
  3. Order Already Shipped:
    • We can reach out to our logistics partner and request a shipping address change. However, please understand that this is not always guaranteed, and there may be additional fees involved.

Important Note:

If your order is lost in transit due to an incorrect shipping address, we may not be able to provide a refund or replacement.
